Root (CA) certificate installation (for MS Internet Explorer)

When you access a secure page on our site for the first time, you will see the following dialog box:

If you click Yes, you will be able to view the secure page. However, if you close IE, you will see the above dialog the next time you open IE and attempt to access a secure page on our server.

To avoid such situation:

Click on Root sertificate installation.  A download dialog box will open:

Select Open. You will see the following screen:

Click on Install certificate.  The Certificate Import Wizard will start as shown:

Click Next.  The wizard will display the following screen:

Select Automatically select the sertificate store based on the type of certificate and click the Next button:

Then you will see:

Click Yes.

Our CA certificate is now accepted as a trusted root CA, and you will not see the warning about the untrusted certificate again, until the CA certificate expires.
