On March 31 the government commission will review issue on patent attorneys, which will exercise all rights to intellectual property. According to RIA Novosty, this was reported by the Minister of Education and Science of the RF Andrey Fursenko to the President of the RF Vladimir Putin.

According to the minister, "three government resolutions have been already drafted, which clearly define what rights the organization and direct executive will have, how they dispose these rights, who gets profit from putting these technologies to practice, how model contracts should be executed." A. Fursenko also said that the main part of legislative base ensuring intellectual property rights was provided by Part Four of the Civil Code of the RF, which has been effected. "To follow it, two federal laws have been prepared for presenting to the State Duma," noted the minister, having added that on April 27 the government approved the law on relationship for technology transfer.

In general, as the minister of education and science thinks, formation of legislative base in IP in Russia is being completed.
