  • National Centre of Intellectual Property (NCIP)
    The strategic goals of this project is to increase level of "transparency" of procedures on intellectual property rights (IPRs) in the Russian Federation; develop effective mechanisms of legal protection, utilization and enforcement of IPRs in Russia, as well as measures on combating counterfeit and piracy; strengthen relationship of right holders and other interested representatives of public and private sectors of economy via development of mechanisms of private-public partnerships in the field of information and technical and consultation support of NCIP activity; consolidate efforts of different states in the field of enforcement of IPRs, and combating counterfeit and piracy.
  • Public-Private Partnerships (PPP)
    The main objective of this joint project was to produce policy recommendations for the Russian government on how to design, finance and manage PP/P programmes, while taking into account of the specific conditions in terms of Russian science and education capabilities, existing forms of public research organisations and industry interface, and the level of market relations in innovation sphere in Russia.
